Shipping

Shipping fee is calculated for orders $50 and under and free shipping with orders over $50 with standard 3-4 day USPS shipping. Some exclusions apply. See product details for more info.

We can ship to virtually any address in the US.and most international address. Note that there are restrictions on some products.

We use USPS 3-4 day shipping to ship most orders. Once the shipping label has been created, you will receive a text message with your tracking number from us.

*Please allow an extra two-days for orders placed after 12 PM CST or on weekends.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items in their original packaging (with tag) within 14 days of delivery for a store credit refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ie, you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

**CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY**

All purchases from 10/16/23 to 12/25/23 can be returned at full price through 1/5/24 for store credit or exchange. After 1/5/24, merchandise will only be returned at current sale price for store credit or exchange.

You should expect to receive your store credit refund within three weeks, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
